N76E003 is a series of Newtang high-speed 1T 8051 single-chip microcomputer products, providing 18 KB Flash ROM, configurable Data Flash and high-capacity 1 KB SRAM, supporting a wide operating voltage from 2.4V to 5.5V and an operating temperature from -40℃ to 105℃. And it has high anti-interference capability, including 7KV ESD/4KV EFT.
The N76E003 offers up to 18 I/O pins in a 20-pin package. The periphery includes dual serial ports, SPI, I2C, and 6-channel PWM output. It is equipped with a high-precision 16 MHz RC crystal oscillator with an error of less than 2%, which is superior to similar products, and a high-resolution 8-channel 12-bit ADC.
