Injection Molding

From short, prototype runs to million-piece production runs, we aim to exceed your expectations.  Our injection molding capabilities range from 28T Arburgs to 400T Haitian molding machines.  We mold parts ranging from under an ounce up to two pounds (or 25 to 900 grams for the metric folk).  We specialize in overmolding and working with exotic resins.  Whether you’re looking for rigid filled materials that can withstand the heat to soft and squishy materials you need for gripping onto something, we have molded with it.  If we haven’t, we are always up for the challenge of working with something new.

This Hybrid ElectricHydraulic 400T press is our in house Beast.  This machine boasts a 2# shot for your larger plastic parts.  Nearly silent when its operating, its a welcome addition to our facility.

Old, but faithful.  These Arburgs are classic, but we see no point in fixingreplacing what isn't broken.
