The HC32F003 series/HC32F005 series are MCUS with Low Pin Count and wide voltage operating range. It integrates a 12-bit 1Msps high-precision SARADC and a rich set of communication peripherals such as comparators, multiple Uarts, SPI, and 12C, featuring high integration, high anti-interference, and high reliability. This product adopts the Cortex-M0+ core and is compatible with the mature Keil & IAR debugging and development software, supporting C language and assembly language, as well as assembly instructions.

- 30 μA/MHz@3V@16MHz sleep mode: the CPU stops working, peripheral modules run, and the master clock runs
