HC32F460PETB-LQFP100/LQFP-100
ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit microcontroller -MCU
Product Description
The HC32F46 series is a high-performance MCU based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC CPU with a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz. The Cortex-M4 core integrates a floating-point unit (FPU) and a DSP, enabling single-precision floating-point arithmetic operations. It supports all ARM single-precision data processing instructions and data types, as well as a complete DSP instruction set. The kernel integrates an MPU unit and superimposes a dedicated MPU unit for DMAC to ensure the security of system operation.
The HC32F460 series integrates high-speed on-chip memory, including up to 512KB of Flash and up to 192KB of SRAM. It integrates a Flash access acceleration unit to enable single-cycle program execution of the CPU on Flash. The polling bus matrix supports multiple bus hosts to access memory and peripherals simultaneously, improving operational performance. The bus host includes CPU, DMA, USB-specific DMA, etc. In addition to the bus matrix, it supports data transfer between peripheral devices, basic arithmetic operations and mutual triggering of events, which can significantly reduce the transaction processing load of the CPU.
The HC32F460 series integrates a wealth of peripheral functions. It includes two independent 12-bit 2.5MSPS ADCs, one gain-adjustable PGA, three voltage comparators (CMP), and three multi-functional 16-bit PWM timers (Timer6) supporting six complementary PWM outputs. Three motor PWM timers (Timer4) support 18 complementary PWM outputs, and six 16-bit universal timers (TimerA) support 3 three-phase orthogonal encoding inputs and 48 independent Duty configurable PWM outputs. Eleven serial communication interfaces (I²C/UART/SPI), one OSPI interface, one CAN, four I²S supporting audio PLL, two SDIO, one USBFS Controller with on-chip FS PHY supporting Device/Host.
The HC32F460 series supports a wide voltage range (1.8V - 3.6V), a wide temperature range (-40℃ - 105℃), and various low-power modes. In Run mode and Sleep mode, you can switch between ultra-high-speed mode (≤200MHz), high-speed mode (≤168MHz), and ultra-low-speed mode (≤8MHz). Supports fast wake-up in low-power mode. The fastest wake-up in STOP mode is up to 2μs, and in Power Down mode, it is up to 20μs.
