Product introduction

         CH334 and CH335 are 4-port USB HUB controller chips that comply with the USB2.0 protocol specification. The uplink port supports USB2.0 high speed and full speed, while the downlink port supports USB2.0 high speed 480Mbps, full speed 12Mbps and low speed 1.5Mbps. It not only supports the low-cost STT mode (scheduling four downlink ports in a single TT at different times), but also the high-performance MTT mode (each of the four TTS corresponds to one port and is processed concurrently).

        Industrial-grade design with a streamlined periphery, it can be applied to computer and industrial control computer motherboards, peripherals, input systems, etc.


Product features

- A 4-port USB hub, providing 4 USB2.0 downlink ports, is backward compatible with the USB1.1 protocol specification.

- Supports independent power control for each port or overall coordinated power control for the GANG.

- Supports independent overcurrent detection for each port or overall overcurrent detection for the GANG, and supports 5V withstand voltage overcurrent signal input.

- It supports high-performance MTT mode, providing independent TT for each port to achieve full-bandwidth concurrent transmission, with a total bandwidth four times that of STT.

- Supports LED indicator lights for port status.

- Whether it supports composite devices, non-removable devices, custom VID, PID and port configurations can be configured through the external EEPROM.

- It is equipped with an internal information memory. According to the special needs of the industry, the information and configuration of manufacturers or products can be customized in batches without the need for EEPROM.

- The self-developed dedicated USB PHY, LPM low-power technology, significantly reduces compared to the first-generation HUB chip, and supports self-power supply or bus power supply.

- Self-powered or bus-powered modes can be configured through I/O pins or external EEPROM.

- It provides a crystal oscillator with built-in capacitors, supports an external 12MHz input, and has a built-in PLL to provide a 480MHz clock for the USB PHY.

- It is equipped with a professional high-precision clock. You can choose to remove the external 12MHz crystal to save costs, reduce volume and lower EMI.

- The uplink port is equipped with a built-in 1.5KΩ pull-up resistor, and the downlink port is equipped with a built-in pull-down resistor required by the USB Host host, simplifying the periphery.

- It is equipped with an internal LD0 linear step-down regulator, which can convert the USB bus power supply voltage into a 3.3V working power supply for the chip.

- The -CH335 supports MCU control for the switching between the uplink port and the 1# downlink port.

- The USB pin features 6KV enhanced ESD performance and Class 3A.

- Industrial grade temperature range : -40 to 85℃.

- We offer various packaging forms such as QFN28, QFN24, QFN16, QFN12, SOP16, and QSOP28.
