Product Description

          The CH32V003 series is an industrial-grade general-purpose microcontroller designed based on the Qingke RISC-V2A core, supporting a 48MHz system main frequency. It features wide voltage range, single-wire debugging, low power consumption, and ultra-small package. It provides commonly used peripheral functions, including 1 set of DMA controllers, 1 set of 10-bit analog-to-digital conversion ADC, 1 set of operational amplifier comparators, multiple sets of timers, and standard communication interfaces such as USART, I²C, SPI, etc. The rated working voltage of the product is 3.3V or 5V, and the working temperature range is -40℃ to 85℃. It is of industrial grade.

Specification information

          The microcontroller is designed based on the RISC-V instruction set of Qingke V2A. In its architecture, the core, arbitration unit, DMA module, SRAM storage and other components interact through multiple sets of buses. The design integrates a universal DMA controller to reduce the burden on the CPU and improve access efficiency. Meanwhile, it also features data protection mechanisms, automatic clock switching protection and other measures, which enhance system stability.
