Product Description
The CH32F1 series is an industrial-grade general-purpose microcontroller designed based on a 32-bit ARM® cortex™-M3 core. The on-chip integrates clock security mechanism, multi-level power management, universal DMA controller, etc.
In particular, this series features two USB2.0 controllers. Among them, one supports USB host device integration (low full speed), multi-channel touch key capacitance detection (TKey) function and one 12-bit DAC conversion module. At the same time, it is also embedded with a multi-channel 12-bit ADC conversion module, multiple sets of timers, CAN communication controller, I²C/USART/SPI interface and other rich peripheral resources. It meets various application demands in the industrial, medical, consumer and other markets.

They are equipped with high-speed memory and adopt a prefetching method to enhance instruction access speed. In the system structure, multiple buses operate synchronously. It provides rich peripheral functions and enhanced I/O ports. This series of products is equipped with 1 12-bit ADC module, 1 12-bit DAC module, 4 groups of 16-bit universal timers, multi-channel touch key capacitance detection (TKey), and other functions.
