Function


 1. A new function for detecting startup voltage has been added.

 2. Automatically detect NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs, diodes (including dual diodes), thyristors, triodes, resistors and capacitors and other components.

 3. Automatically test the pins of the components and display them on the LCD screen.

 4. It can detect the amplification factor and base of transistors, MOSFETs, protection diodes, etc., and determine the forward bias voltage of the emitter transistor.

Introduction


 1. Adopt ATmega8, ATmega168 or ATmega328 microcontrollers. This product uses the Atmega328 microcontroller.

 2.The results are displayed on a 2x16 character LCD screen.

 3. One-click operation, automatic power off.

 4. The turn-off current is only 20nA and it supports battery operation.

 5. The low-cost version does not require a crystal oscillator and supports automatic power-off. The ATmega168 or ATmega328 of the 1.05k version software uses sleep mode to reduce power consumption when there is no measurement.

 6. Automatically detect PNP and NPN bipolar transistors, N and P-channel MOSFETs, JFETs, diodes, double diodes, thyristors and silicon controlled rectifiers.

 7. Automatically detect pin layout.

 8. Measure the current amplification factor of the bipolar transistor and the threshold voltage of the emitter junction.

 9. Darlington transistors can be identified by high threshold voltages and high current amplification factors.
