Product usage

Four transparent transmission modes of the module

The HC-12 module has four serial port transparent transmission modes, represented by FU1, FU2, FU3 and FU4. When in use, each mode only needs to send and receive serial port data, and there is no need to worry about the air wireless transmission part. However, they can only communicate with each other under the same air baud rate!

1. In the more power-saving mode, when sending AT+FU1: The idle working current of the module is approximately 3.6mA. In this mode, 8 types of serial baud rates can be set, and the air baud rate is uniformly 250,000 BPS.

2. Power-saving mode, sending AT+FU2: The idle operating current of the module is approximately 80μA. In mode, the module only supports serial baud rates of 1200bps, 2400bps and 4800bps, and the air baud rate is uniformly set at 250000bps.

3. Full-speed mode, sending AT+FU3(factory default): The idle working current of the module is approximately 16mA. The module will automatically adjust the wireless transmission air baud rate according to the serial port baud rate. For detailed parameters, please refer to the user specification sheet.

4. Long-distance mode, sending AT+FU4: The idle working current of the module is approximately 16mA, and the serial port baud rate is fixed at 1200bps.The air baud rate is 500bps.
